  DO NOT BUY!!! BEWARE!!!! The sales associates and store managers are trained to lie to their customers!!!!I spent 7000 dollars worth of furniture in December 2016 and I also bought the protection plan. So when I called on how to replace or fix a broken chair, I was told they never replace any furniture nor cannot fix the problem of the chair. When I purchased the protection plan the sales person told me that it covers everything and will potentially replace it with a new one!!! DO NOT buy anything from ASHLEY!! Their store manager ( JESSICA )is also rude and not willing to help the customer!!!! I am contacting my bank to dispute the chairs' cost and the useless protection plan!!!

  Came here on a Saturday and Dawn helped me pick out the perfect sofa for my space. She gave me a great price and it got delivered quick. If you come here ask for her because she will make sure you find what you’re looking for.
