  One of the WORST places I have ever been to. Purchased a wellness plan and scheduled an appointment for a check up. When I arrived, front desk was HORRIBLE. Such bad and rude people sitting in the front. Then, for the doctor, Sarah Van Mater. I looked her up after my appointment and realized she had JUST finished vet school. My dog is 9 years old, 3 pounds, he is harmless. She had such a mean demeanor that my dog was shaking and threw up from how nervous he was. She just stood there and stared..... then she said she has to put a muzzle on the dog.. a 3 pound yorkie. My dog has been seeing doctors for 9 years and I was NEVER told this. She rushed through his exam, didn't complete the whole thing, and had the nerve to instead of telling us about our dog, trying to make us upgrade our wellness plan. She mentioned upgrading about 1000 times. Never again will I ever bring my dog or recommend anyone to bring theirs. If you love your animal please, bring them anywhere but here. These people are the worst and I have no idea how they are in the business of taking care of animals. unbelievable. Needless to say, wellness plan cancelled, moving on to the next and hoping they go out of business so no animal has to be harmed there ever again.
