  I heard about this place awhile back after my first dog passed away. I knew this was something I wanted to do for my other dog. When I called, the people I spoke to were wonderful. They were helpful and sympathetic. I took my pet there today for a private cremation. The man who took care of us was caring and professional. He gave us time with our pet and explained the process. We spent about an hour and a half there. They have a comfortable seating area. You can choose whether or not to view your pet being placed in the retort. They have many beautiful urns available or you can bring your own. We brought one and it was handed to us when everything was done. We also got a cremation certificate and a little book of sayings and poems about pets and pet loss.
  
  The only reason I took a star off is because of privacy. The way the place is set up, there isn't a private room. In the waiting room there is also the entrance to the bathroom. A few people came by us to use it as we sat there. Now this wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for some people who prefer privacy. It's also a bit awkward for the people walking passed. Just something to be aware of.
  
  We would not hesitate to recommend taking your pet here.
